RETURN POLICY
We are quite confident that you will be
very pleased with your purchase from KidsChairs. If there is any
problem or concern when you receive the item we appreciate the
opportunity to provide an acceptable solution. Simply

Info and give a brief explanation of your concern and
we will do everything possible to resolve the issue.
In the event that you are not completely satisfied, you
may return the product to KidsChairs within 30 days, for
a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restock fee. Due
to the costs associated with packaging and shipping heavy furniture,
we cannot absorb the expenses associated with return shipments.
There can be no returns on Discounted Clearance Items
or items that have been customized or personalized with embroidery.
All dimensions and specifications are posted on the chair/couch
ordering pages and any additional questions can be answered prior
to placing the order.
